  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Avon Town Board will hold a special meeting to conduct employment related interviews of candidates for the future position of Highway Superintendent, to be held on October 1, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Avon Town Hall, located at 23 Genesee Street, Avon, New York.  
  
  While this is an open meeting and all persons may attend, the interviews will be conducted in closed executive session.

• LEGAL NOTICE OF BUDGET WORKSHOP
  

  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Avon Town Board will hold a Budget Workshop with Town of Avon Department Heads, to work on the fiscal year 2027 Budget, to be held on September 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the Avon Town Hall, located at 23 Genesee Street, Avon, New York. 
  
  While this is an open meeting and all persons may attend, the Budget Workshop will not afford an opportunity for the public to ask questions or make comments relating to the discussion or the budget process. The public will have such opportunities at the public hearing on the Preliminary Budget, once the Preliminary Budget has been established by the Town Board.
