  Whereas, Bishop, Viki, applicant and owner of real property located on Triphammer Road, in the Town of Avon, New York, Tax Map No. 54.-1-6.123, has filed an application for approval of a 2-lot subdivision,
  
  Please take notice that the Planning Board will hold the Public Hearing on March 16, 2026 in the office of the Avon Town Hall, 23 Genesee Street, Avon, New York at 6:05 P.M.

• NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
  

  Please take notice that the Avon Town Board will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the Avon Town Hall, 23 Genesee Street, Avon NY, for the purpose of conducting a joint meeting with the Town of Avon Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board. The Town Board may conduct all lawful business of the Town at such meeting.

  PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Office of the Town Clerk/Tax Collector for the Town of Avon will be closed on Wednesday, April 29th, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., due to the Clerk’s attendance at a Clerk’s Meeting/Training.
  
  The office will reopen and resume normal business hours on the next regularly scheduled business day.
